If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Mines the same! Service checker says everything is ok but I have an orange light on my box and nothing is connected including my home security!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jen3333 How long has your broadband been down for? It nornally takes around 1 hour for the information on the service checker to update as it is historical data that it is showing as good from the last check.

It's been down for around 90 minutes that I know of so far this morning
