Wont upgrade internet

Need upgrade  as my sky internet  is bad and need it thay say thay cant do mine BUT  thay in my street now doing bunglow  same as mine

  • Open reach  i.e sky wont upgrade  my internet as off bungalow  but thay in street doing others   same as mine think the young lad that came put few months  ago made a bad mistake   my  internet  is **bleep** got a bits here

@Carol211Sky have no control over the roll of fibre that is down to Openreach.

 

It is not that unusual  that Openreach only connect some properties in a road. The site @GD1 linked can tell us why. It is quite possible they will comeback to include your property but sorry you will have to be patient.
