Wont let me sign in on my broadband shield

Won't let me sign into broadband shield either tho I am paying for it

@Haydenprin if you cannot changecthe Broadband Shield settings in the My Sky app the most common cause is that you are not using the Sky ID linked to the account. If you are 100% certain you are give Sky a call so they can sort out the permissiins which can only be done over the phone.

Keeps saying looks like you don't have a broadband even tho I do and I'm the one that started the broadband

@Haydenprin as I said the Sky  id you are using is not set up,for the Broadband account. Check you are using the correct id linked to the email,address used to buy the Brosdband service or call Sky
