Broadband not working

My current down load speed is 2.68 and upload 3.48 so no, it is not working ok and there are definitely problems in my area!!! 
When will this get resolved?!

@Leanda1 That is something forum members cannot tell you however the best way to find out is to run Sky's service checker in the My Sky app as that will tell uou if tgey are aware of an issue and offer support such as booking an dngineer to check your line if the speed to your hub are not meeting the guarantee for your line. They can also give advice if the issue is wifi speeds in your home. 

It the issue as it quite commonly is poor wifi in yiur home therecis a limitvtonwhat Sky can do except offering to supply a booster for which you will becrequired to buy an add-on called Sky WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
