Without broadband for a month!!!!!

We are without broadband for the past month. My partner Paul the account holder, has rang you 13 times over the past month trying to rectify the matter. I have spoken to numerous sky personnel also. 2 sky boxes have been sent to us and on 3 different occasions at least, I personally have spoken to members of staff who went through the procedure of getting the boxes working but to no avail. I was told an engineer was sent out and they said wifi is coming as far as the house but they didn't come into the house to finish the job but I was working from home that day and he never knocked at the door.  This is very frustrating both my daughter and I are working from home using hotspot which is using up huge amount of data, my children can't use their devices without wifi, we only have netflix so we have no tv, all this for a full month!!. You have broken the contract that we are still paying for. You need to contact us immediately to let us know how you are going to rectify the situtation. Please contact me asap

@Miriam12  I'm afraid you're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here, no one can or even will contact you on the back of a post from an unlinked community login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
