Cancel old WiFi contract

Hi, I requested a new WiFi contract that will be due on October 2nd and I wanted to cancel my previous WiFi contract.

@Seyed1  Your post is a bit confusing, you can't have 2 broadband contract with Sky at the same address, if you upgraded then you still only have the one contract.

 

Have you moved address?   Did you complete a Home Move?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
