No Broadband in Kells area of County Meath today

Hi, I am an existing Sky Broadband customer and my broadband dropped this morning at 9.30am. I tried turning on and off and resetting but nothing worked. I called the sky helpline and it took 45 mins to speak with someone. I was told it had nothing to do with Sky and it was the fault of SIRO. As such they had no timeline of when this might be fixed. Does anyone else have an issue with Sky broadband in the kells area. I work from home so will need to go to the office tomorrow if it is not fixed.

If the outage is on the network then I'm afraid Sky won't be able to tell you when it back up, SIRO will need to investigate the issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
