My WiFi is rubbish, keeps cutting out on things like laptop and PlayStation and just upgraded it with you

@RRoss87 Upgraded what from sky, the Forum is not sky Customer service, if you need sky then call them direct, 150 on your landline is the easiest way. Other way is you need to say what you have, what you did and go from that point!
