ONT box
I have an openreach ONT box. Everything was working fine but now I have lost my broadband and WiFi. The only light on solid is the power light. Every 5 or 10 minutes the LAN light flashes once then stops. There are no lights on the LOS or PON. .Any suggestions

Re: ONT box
@Slidhl there is fault with the fibre feed which needs help from the network operator who are eitherOpenreach or City Fibre. As a first step log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the service checker which should pick up thecfaultvwithin an hour of it happening when it does it will run you through a few steps offer to book an engineer or indicate itsxa known issue.
Alternstively you can call Sky go through the same steps.
