New white hub won't connect,

I have a new white max hub, ive contacted the wires in exactly as they were in the old black hub but it won't connect,  it stays flashing green, ive left it an hour, rest the wps and nothing,  sky sent me another hub but it's the same, flashing green.  Help please

@Shazza___ Keep calling sky then, make sure that they have updated your account to allow the sky Max hub to work for you!

Just keep using your black hub, that should still work no matter what as long as you have a sky connection for Broadband Internet!
