@Glynn08 the Gigafast is the Broadband service I assume you felt you needed. The WiFi Max add-on buys you a package of services like provision WiFi extenders to improvectge WiFi dignal in your home and parental controls as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
