Hi, my teams call freeze quite often in various parts of the house. I have 2 boosters. I work from home. This is very inconvenient. The testing says WiFi is good but it is not meeting my needs at present and allowing me to hold a call without freezing and a note to say internet connection not good

@Ts31 You will have to try at the sky Hub first if doing this all wireless wifi connection, also suggest Ethenet to the sky Hub to rule out wireless if possible!

I appreciate the issue must be very frustrating but Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
