Wifi

My wi-fi has been extremely laggy the past few days connection drops alot and I don't receive wifi throughout my home

@Kw33 if speeds have reduced first check it is not a line issue by running the service checker in the My Sky app which shows the last speed test result and if you clickmthrough the history for the last few weeks and will offer help if thecspeed isxsignificantly reduced.

 

Assuming yhst is OK think about what has changed in your home which could affectvtge wifi signal like something being moved or new electrical kitvthst could intefere with the WiFi. Simply rebooting the hub msy help as thst causes the hub to use the least congested channel.if tge issue is interference from a neighbour's network..
