Constant dropping connections

My mini box constantly needed reset and turned on n off so I cancelled it last week. Now the Amazon fire stick I put in its place has no connection to internet meanwhile there's no issue with my internet?? Bizarre

@M77 sounds like tgere is poor wifi signal level in the area where the fire stick and Q mini are located. Dead zones are notvthst unusual with WiFi especially near TVs as the metal in the TV blocks radio waves. Try moving either unit out from behind anything metal Firesticks often needca short HDMI cable to do that. 

Sky should ,supply a booster for the Q mini if asked
