Poor quality
I have had over a year of poor internet with Soy and upgraded a few months ago to the current internet and have given it that time to see if it improves and I am bitterly disappointed still. The wifi is absolutely poor and is quicker on my mobile network and I have videos on my phone of the buffering on Netflix etc. if this cannot be fixed asap then I will be forced to take a complaint elsewhere

Re: Poor quality
@Kmchugh you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. However improving the connection from the exchange to the hub wont solve an issue with WiFi speeds in your home which sounds to be the issue.
Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
