Wifi

Hi,

 

My wifi connection keeps dropping as I work in a different room to the router. I need to be supplied with a booster please. I also went without WiFi for a week in January and I have not received a refund for it please.

@Rachel12345 If you require a booster you will have to subscribe to WiFi Max, Sky don't provide them without that.

With regards to your loss of service, did you report the issue to Sky? if you did then you would have been eligible for the automatic compensation scheme and should have received a credit on your account, if you did'nt report it then you won't get anything as it cannot be applied retrospectively.

Just for reference the forum is a customer to customer support platform, the few Sky staff here will not contact you unless your post is suitable for escalation to them(and that is only for a small set of issues).
