Wifi

My devises are not accepoting the password to connect to WiFi. Each time I insert the password which has been checked a number of times, I keep recieving a message saying "incorect password."

@18Day if this happening on multiple devices that have connected in the past it is likely someone has changed the password manually. You can reset the Sky hub back tomits default settings by pressing and holding in the reset pin on the black hubs until the power LED flashes then releasectge pin abd the hub will restart with the settings on the label. If you have the newer white hub its the WPS button on the sude which you hold in for 30 seconds.
