Home WiFi is not working on our mobile phones

Hi, for some reason past 2 weeks now our hone WiFi is not working on our mobile phones. It is hiw ever working on our tv. I have ti keep using my mobile data to use my phone internet. Can I solve this issue please. Thank you

since the beginning of july our 3 phones , 2 samsung and 1 iphone can not connect to the home wifi, having contacted sky we have had 1 email saying they are looking into it and have heard nothing since. all our other devices can connect, very frustrating.

I received a text to say I was at the limit with my mobile data. On checking it appears that my phone is no longer connected to the home WiFi and access is denied.... So can't use the house broadband or mobile data! Tried all the resets and it's still not working.

@Shirl33 obvious question are other devices connecting to your home WiFi? If they are the issue is with your phone so check it's network settings. If they aren't check the leds on the Sky hub as they can telll you what msybe wrong see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
