My wifi not working - done checks states it is all ok. Two green lights and orange light on box.
ive switched it off taken plug out re-started and re-checked broadband it says there are no issues but its still not working what can i do

Run through all these steps checking the right set up for your router.
A good thing to also check is there's no outstanding balance on your account.
