Moving home contacting SKY

Hi, I am moving home in less than 2 weeks and this has happened very quickly and instigated by my purchaser.  I am currently out of the country in Turkey and need to initiate moving my SKY broadband to my new home.  I have tried the online option but advised to call. I tried calling but as I am calling on my mobile from Turkey my credit on my PAYG phone ran out and I was unable to accept the call when SKY returned the call. [£20 lasted 5 mins] I tried the online chat but that is all generic and wasn't helpful.  I sent an email at the end of last week but no one has got back to me.  I need to be able to communicate my request ASAP prefereably by email, but need the correct email address.
