Well... where will I start. Came back to Sky broadband a few weeks back and was really after SKY WIFI MAX. I have a lot of WIFI devices and an IT Geek so why come back and not get the latest technolgy.
My switch back over was smooth but only got the 4.2 router. I was told I was could not get WIFI max because im a Sky Q customer. £120 later and 4 Stream Pucks. Multiply phone calls some times talking with 6 diffrent people in 6 diffrent departments still nothing(over multiple days)... SO lets try again. Called up and then got told I cant get it becaause I have SKY boost and must return the booster.. So Booster returned. Mean time being promised multiple call backs and im still waiting. Another call to SKY. This time im told that I cant get it because I still because im not eligible. They just fobbed me off. I then said can I get put through to customer complaints because this is teribble. We dont have customer compalints but I will crdit your accound with£15 lol. SO one last try. I called again because not i have no boost and having connection issues that the boost sorted. :-(. The girl told me that OK i spoke to a manager and you can have boosted but you must return the SKY Q boxes 1st. Well this is a 1st and I could have returned then the same time I returned the booster.... SO as i stands. My WIFI is crap because I dont have the booster up the stairs where its needed. I dont have SKY WIFI MAX. Im £120 down because I went with Stream and had to purchase PUCKS. Oh but ive been credited £15 which will not cover the hours ive been on the phone. SO ive had the worsed customer experiance Ive ever had. Probably spoke to nearly every SKY employee. BUT Im a Loyal 18 year VIP customer. SKY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and this should have been esculated over a week ago instead of fobbing people OFF.... All i want is SKY WIFI max without me spending my own money again on my own router that will give me what I need. RANT OVER
