I am a new customer with Sky Broadband. Things pluggedin by Ethernet are working great but over wifi my phone and tablet are either taking ages to load something or timing out. Any advice please?
@LilMc What make of devices are you having trouble with. First thing you should do is log into your sky account and see what the broadband shield setting is at.
