I Phone's accessing the WiFi

My partner and her daughter have Apple Iphones which seem to be having problems connecting to our WiFi. I've done checks on the Broadband and WiFi, they both appear fine however the IPhones don't show as connected devices on the WiFi check, yet on both phones they show as connected. My partner can't open her emails with WiFi on and has to turn it off and use her 5G data to open them. Anyone else having a similar issue or has an idea how to resolve the issue?

@Billyb67 if other devices are connecting correctly then check the set up on the phones. Go into the Settings/wifi and find the Sky connection and open thst page scroll down to IP4 settings and check the phone has an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254. If it has a valid IP address using Safari or another broswer run a test on Fast.com to see the speed of the connection.

Re: I Phone's accessing the WiFi

I am having the same problem. I also trued a Samsung handset and am unable to access the internet via the Sky Wifi and yet my Amazon Firestick is connecting ok. According to automated tests, Sky is not reporting any local issues .
