Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Billyb67 if other devices are connecting correctly then check the set up on the phones. Go into the Settings/wifi and find the Sky connection and open thst page scroll down to IP4 settings and check the phone has an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254. If it has a valid IP address using Safari or another broswer run a test on Fast.com to see the speed of the connection.

I am having the same problem. I also trued a Samsung handset and am unable to access the internet via the Sky Wifi and yet my Amazon Firestick is connecting ok. According to automated tests, Sky is not reporting any local issues .
