Wifi

Hi we have an EV charger at our home, I have tried to set uo with Octopus Energy on a number of occasions, I cannot get to the final stage as it says weak int connection, the same when I am trying to set uo the EV app to allow the vehicle to charge over night, this is causing us to receive very large electricity Bills. Is it possible for someone to look into this please, I only have 5 days and they will take us off the lower rate. Thank you L Travers

I'm afraid that's rather outside the remit of an ISP.  If you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on your Sky Broadband account then there's the potential for you to claim wireless booster hardware, but the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' specifically exclude external spaces (where I'm assuming the charger is located)

@Ozzie-123 Poweline wi-fi may be the best and quickest way to get what you need to near the charger, Ethernet connected if the charger can do it would be way better but that you need to look at!
