To check the broadband speed run the connection test in the My Sky app as that will show your recent history of conection speeds if it finds an issue it will offer to book an engineer for you.
WiFi speeds in your home are affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home. If you have slow wifi you msy need extra equipment but begore looking into that check that the hub is in the best location which is out in the open on a surface above things likecradiarors tgat block the signal.
