Wifi

Hi since upgrading to full fibre we are having constant issues with wifi running extremely slow or not even working on our phones.  We have done reboots ,changed channels but still the same.  When I do  a check it says everything is OK but it isn't.  Could you please help as we are using our phone data and it will start costing us soon . Thank you.  Mark
