Wifi working poorly

Hi, 

latelly WiFi is working very slow, and sometimes my devices even detect no internet. ( it's not a device issue as all the devices have same beheivour).

 

please, I really need good internet. 

 

as you know the bills are increasing and the quality of the service is getting even worse. I would like you to do any improvent, I need this sorted.

@Javi_pg Take a look at the link and say what you see regarding the hub and the lights if anything when you have the condition!
