Re: problem connecting to network

It's a Sky+HD trying to connect to a hub model SR203

Re: problem connecting to network

As both boxes are close together I'll dig out an old ethernet cable if I can find out what one looks like

I've plugged an ethernet cable into the hub and Sky+ box but still nothing. Do I have to do somethikng else to get them to connect?

Re: problem connecting to network

It just says plug in the ethernet cable both ends and it should work, but it doesn't. I have tested the broadband online  and all is working but it is still not connecting. Who do I turn to next or should I just go back to virgin?

Re: problem connecting to network

@Stevie561 Think you still have to go through all the connection process or switch wireless off and allow ethernet to do it all! My SR203 hub has 2 lights for the Ethernet port, do you see anything light up when you have both devices connected by a cable, dont see any lights on the old HD+ box so not sure if it has any!
