Wifi strength ??

Recently our devices are running slow - and now our ring door bell and camera can't connect to the WiFi signal 

a few months ago I requested a booster than we have never been able to successfully connect and get up and running 

I'm not only paying for broadband that isn't working properly but also have a ring door bell subscription that can't work either 

need help asap
