Losing Internet and wifi

I thonk my router needs replacing. The tv needs to search for it manually each time I turn the box on. My phone needs me to sign in everything I try and use it. The Internet just keeps dropping and all 3 green lights turn to one red regularly. Can I have a replacement router please?
