On my contract, I am guarenteed a min wifi speed of 400mb however over the past three days when running my own speed check I am only getting 100mb

If you have been the speed checks then you need to call sky about this and talk to them about it

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, if you have a sky mobile then call on 150

That 'guarantee' is for cabled speed as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
