Wifi speed is slow

Hi Sky team!

 

My wifi speed is only showing 12.3mbps download and 16.4mbps upload when I do a speed test.

 

It has got much slower and is meaning teams calls don't work correctly.

 

Can you help as we pay for the top package so think ti should be much faster than this?
