Had sky stream for a few yrs no problems. Was out of contract and sky wanted to double my bill unless I got a new contract. Last week signed up to a 2 Yr contract received my new hub connected everything and now a week later it says in my sky hub everything is running great. Well let me tell you it isn't. When on my mobile using WiFi I keep having problems opening pages having to repeatedly click twice sometimes 5 times before they do. I have alexa app had this a few yrs again no problem but when asking to put lights on etc it keeps saying not working please check your Internet then a few mins later they come on sometimes. Everything just isn't working the same as it did with the old hub. What are my options any ideas? Thanks everyone.
Sorted hopefully. Had to turn the new hub off and on a few times rather plugging the old one back in then resetting every password etc for each device. Seems to be working OK.
