Wifi slow and try testing but dont work

Wifi keep dropping in in and out try testing wifi on app but sayes sorry out testing currently unavailable

@Scotty35 what do the lights on the Sky hub showing see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?

 

If the lightsxshow the hub has lost connection and the Service Checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault call Sky tonreport the issue. Internittent line drops are quite common after periods of bad weather it depends on the frequency and other factors ascto whether Sky can get Openreach to sort them or simply wait until the line dries out or the automatic line managementvsystem stabilisesctge line.
