Wi-Fi dropping off since yesterday
Wi-Fi connection has been slow for a few days now but started dropping off yesterday afternoon. All tests show Wi-Fi connection is good but this is not the case. I work from home for essential services and need continuous Wi-Fi connection. Please resolve this issue.

Re: Wi-Fi dropping off since yesterday
@Joan40 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. The fact you choose to use what is sold as a domestic service to work from home is your business but it doesnt give you any priority so it is your responsibility to have a back-up plan in case of issues.
Openreach's service level for domestic faults is two full working days after report which they achieve innroughly 80% of cases
If the service checker is not showing a known fault call Sky to report the issue.
