Wifi rubbish on phones

The wifi is rubbish on our phones, really slow to load anything on emails or social media, but runs fine watching netflix etc.

I've done all the health checks and says its all fine but its still really slow. We moved to sky as it was supposed to be faster than what we had but its awful, having to use 4G alot.
