My router is all lit up with green lights but every device has gone off line and can't connect. nothing is new we have used the same connected items for years. I want to report it to Sky but can't find out how, I am just going around in circles testing the wifi. Hardwire is ok just nothing is seeing the WiFi
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
