Re: Phone wifi
Do you mean your phone keeps dropping the wifi connection, if so does this happen if you are in the same room as the broadband router or just in certain rooms ?

Was this speed check via the phone in question?
Try 'Forgetting' the phones wifi connection to the Sky hub, restarting the phone to clear any caching and then rescan again.
Edit: do any other wifi devices connected have an issue?

What is the phone (make, model and current software) and which hub do you have?

Phone is a Samsung galaxy s24 on android 16 one ui version 8.5 allthough I dont believe the phone is the issue as the WiFi is the same on the mrs phone which is a galaxy s21 the hub if the white sky hub max.

WiFi Max won't make a blind bit of difference to your issue.
Firstly try turning off or unplugging the hub for a couple of minutes and letting it reboot.
If no change then try changing the DNS setting on the Samsungs (try just one first) to either Google or Cloudflare.
