we had the fibre install few days ago and since the reception in the house is very poor, only reaching the area where the hub is. We called many times and been sent a new hub + sky max pod for better reception reach but the issue still there.
we contacted sky again and been told that the broadband will now have a look at the issue. This is very absurd as the "broadband looking into our issue" is only a test from your website. It seems like you don't really care about your customers issues and don't take it seriously.
