Wifi max poor connection
Good morning
we recently added wifi max however since this the wifi in the upstairs bedroom keeps cutting up. So if I take my phone upstairs the wifi commection is lost and I need to keep coming back downstairs to regain the wifi. Iv tested the connection via the sky app and it comes back as good no issues.

Re: Wifi max poor connection
The Sky White SR213 router is better at cutting out interference, but unfortunately, it uses higher frequencies, which are DFS and secondary use with radar, which occasionally causes an issue with less range.
I recommend that you obtain a Sky Max Pod to help make up that range. For best performance, it should be placed halfway between the router and the room concerned.
You need to contact Sky by phone to obtain the Sky Max Pod which is free if you've subscribed to the Sky Max service.
