Hello,
I had an engineer visit yesterday to fix my broadband (issue was low speed and kept dropping out). Since his visit, no iPhone have been able to connect to WiFi. Other things like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc all work. Just unable to connect iPhones. I have reset everything and also reset the network setting but nothing seems to work.
can anybody help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rbt73 on one iPhone tell the phone to forget the Sky connection then power down the phone normally done by holding down the side button and a volume button down until the power slider appears. Then re-start the phone and add the Sky WiFi from scratch once one phone is networked then itvcan sharecthecconnection with other iphones.
