@Morgami are your other devices working properly? If not then there is an isue with your broadband which needs checking out if thry are tge issue will be with thst phone. Check its network settings for the Sky WiFi connection are set corectly and the phone is getting an IP address from the Sky hub in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254.
