@Char9612 Stream requires a continous connection to the internet or it simply doesnt work. You need to determine if the issue is the broadband service to your hub that is the issue or the WiFi signal in your home. The lights on your Sky hub will tell you if the unit has lost its connection to the internet see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start.
However if only tge puck is affected it is likely to be poor wifi signal to the puck. You can possibly help by making sure tge puck and the hub are out in the open not for example tucked behind the TV. Beyond that you may need some form of booster or extender.
