No internet - red PON light on openreach box
As stated. No Internet, won't reconnect, reset the box multiple times, to see the openreach box on the wall had a red light. It's the PON light, which apparently indicates that the openreach fibre line itself is down...

@Chelsealouiise1 loss of connection between midnight and 5am is often caused bybthe need to maintain equipment like the kit thst generattes the optical signal. Therefore if the service is back up this morning thst is the likely cause. If it isnt call Sky so they can get Openreaxh on the job.
