Wifi not working

Wifi not working box not connected but my sky is saying its all ok please help

@Willywillywonka if the Sky hub shows it has lost connection this morning (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-startrun the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If thst doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line givecthem a call and report the issue. Given last weekends storm repair times may take longer than the standard 2 full working days unfortunately.
