Wi fi is not available in all the rooms in the house.

Hi, changed wi fi package recently and the WiFi connection is not as good as the previous one also the wi fi does not connect in all the rooms of the house as stated in the deal, how can this be checked and what do I need to do now , thanks.

@Huck1 have you switched from using a Black Sky hub to the new white unit and you have Sky Q boxes by any chance? If that applies you have lost the use of the Q TVboxes as wifi extenders something Sky do not always make clear. Call Sky and ask for an extender pod which comes as part of the WiFi Max package see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max if they try to charge extra try argueing that you were not warned.

 

Otherwise you are going to need at least one of the extender pods but you may have to pay for the add-on if it isnt already in your package.
