My power is on. Internet light off, wifi on and voice is orange. It was working fine and then turned off. I have done the reset numerous times and it's still the same

@Kimmie84 You run the service checker from above, IF sky know about the fault it will indicate, if they do not then it will come back and say so, when you get past that, then you can call sky and see what they say. There is just know way off knowing is it your home, outside or any other specific reason. The lights are indicating that for SOME reason the broadband is down, link below and need more help will show the number to call.
