WiFi Extender can’t connect to devices

Hi,

My WiFi extender is connected to the router and the service / connection is showing as good on the Sky wifi service checker. All 3 lights are green. But when I try to connect any devices (laptop or mobiles) to the extender  it just says "cannot connect, the network is temporarily unavailable". The extender is 10 cm away from the router and I'm 10 cm away from the extender.

@Hooton614 At 10cm you are far to close for operation. Also link about the Hub lights and extenders help.
