Wifi not working

My internet keeps cutting out and ive got no internet connection. I have to keep reconnecting then Ive only got one bar. Its happening on all devices within my home. This has been happening for the past 6 days. When Ive done a connection search via your website its states that --- all is ok, however during this search its keep disconnecting?? My internet isnt working properly and we are unable to use the wifi and have to keep turning our data on which is costing us through our mobile provider

@Loulou987 if by "one bar" you mean the indication of WiFi strength on your devices there is an issue in where your hub is located. The hub needs to be out in the open on a surface above things like radiators which block the signal. If then devices only show one or two bars then they are too far from the hub and you need a boister or similar.
