Wifi not working

Wi-fi isn't working and every time I try to go onto the sky app to fix the issue it makes me test the connection but as I have no internet the connection test fails. I phoned up (removed) but it's all just automated so I have no idea how to actually fix the issue. (I have done all the suggested things such as unplugging ports and letting them restart).

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
